Set 2 different appointments for 2 different cars. They came out late for the 1st appointment for Toyota diagnostic. Didn't even finish the job. The tech told me he will return the next day to finish. No call never showed. 2nd appointment i booked for Nissian and they simply showed up. Late. No communication. I tried calling to check status and all my calls were forwarded. Highly disappointed and wont recommend.

I really appreciate the work these mechanics did for me. They kept me in the loop and talked to me not like a dumb woman but as someone who understood what they were saying. And when it would have been more beneficial for them to tell me one thing that they could profit from, they went the extra mile and found out the real issue with my car. And it was an issue they don’t do repairs for. Their honesty was truly refreshing and appreciated.

I thought I needed a starter and after accepting the diagnostic service found that I only needed a battery. The gentleman were very professional, honest, picked up my new battery and installed it for me without me having to leave my home. If I am ever in need I would use them again.

Excellent Service, Honest Pricing, and Real Expertise! I recently had major work done on my 2016 Range Rover Evoque — including a timing chain, water pump, harmonic balancer, serpentine belt, and spark plug replacement. The Protech Mobile Mechanic team came directly to my home, communicated clearly throughout the process, and handled everything with professionalism and skill. They quickly identified and fixed issues that others had overlooked, and their attention to detail gave me real confidence in the work being done. The car runs smoother and quieter than it has in years. I really appreciated their transparency, work ethic, and willingness to explain everything step by step. Miguel and Marcos have been fixing my cars for years. They’re very knowledgeable and very reliable in their work. I trust them to always be completely honest and transparent regarding any repairs they’ve had to do on my cars. Their quotes have literally been more than 40% lower than other import shops I’ve called around to. I’ve got nothing but nice things to say about the ProTech team, including the nice receptionist. If she doesn’t answer the phone, please don’t panic lol. Just shoot her a text and she will 100% get back to you. Mechanics you can truly trust. 5 stars.
